We're soon going to rename the newspaper The New York Times on Paper.
I understand that your publication is on the web. Thank you for clarifying this for me. After I typed www.nytimes.com in my browser, a moment of panic struck me. Was the actual print copy of your paper about to bound out of my monitor and settle onto my lap? Would I find what I hoped would be the electronic copy I had hoped to read?
Thankfully, you have identified the webpage as "The New York Times: On The Web". For I found my ISP account, my computer, my browser, and your web address were misleading me to believe that this might not be the case. Now, if only Dan Rather would announce that he is on TV every time I turn the television knob to his network, my nerves might finally settle down.
Thank you for fulfilling my obvious needs.
