COMCAST: TRUE TO FORM

Well, right on schedule Comcast downgraded me to basic cable yesterday afternoon. I flicked on the television when I got home to find HBO and the lot of premium channels were all static and fuzz. Good job Comcast? Nope. I went to my computer to check my email and my fast cable internet connection was non-existent. Keep up the good work Comcast. You're doing a fantastic job at consistently sucking.

Wasting more of my valuable life time, I placed a call and a Comcast tech is coming out this morning to fix the problem. I'm taking bets my internet will still be down when I return home. Any takers?

Seriously, I want to get a job at this company so I can show them how it should be done. It may be the only solution to my cable/internet problems. Unplugging my cable modem and plugging it back in after fifteen minutes isn't working! Did you hear me Com-ass! It isn't working! It isn't working! It isn't working!
